Methana is an island but for the narrow ribbon of land connecting it to the Eastern Peloponnese, with ancient Mycenae and Epidavros in easy reach, as well as the islands of Aegina and Angistri, Poros, Hydra and Spetses. But unlike these ‘real’ Greek islands, it has maintained its sense of separateness into the 21st century.

Only 2 hours from Athens !

Limnisa Centre is located on a little headland 20 metres from the sea and provides accommodation and working space.

Apart from ORGANISED EVENTS Limnisa organises RETREATS for groups or individuals from all over the world. It welcomes writers, painters, thinkers, sculptors, musicians, photographers or anybody who wants to explore their (artistic) self.

Secluded in its own bay and with its own beach.
